Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Sales Engineer - Cloud Solutions Expert

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Corel Corporation USA. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and partners in the European Union and United Kingdom.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Technical Sales Support:** Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical training sessions.
  • **Product Expertise:** Maintain an advanced understanding of all Parallels and related competitors' products, including Parallels Remote Application Server, Parallels Secure Workspace, Parallels DaaS, and Parallels Browser Isolation.
  • **Sales Enablement:** Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice on technical issues.
  • **Project Management:** Develop project concepts and project proposals to solve customer needs and requests, and work with Account Managers, Sales Management, and Channel Partners to effectively schedule the use of technical resources to support selling efforts.
  • **Training and Development:** Plan and conduct technical training sessions and webinars, both online and at Channel Partners and Customers, and mentor and assist in training Sales Engineers, new hires, and the sales team as required.

**Requirements:**

  • **Technical Expertise:** In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, security, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • **Language Skills:** English speaking is mandatory; other languages are a strong plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • **Industry Experience:** Experience in the IT industry, with a focus on cloud computing and virtualization.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
