Job Overview

At RAW iGaming, we are dedicated to crafting unique gaming experiences that break the mold of conventional online gaming. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Development Department, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the Business Development team, ensuring seamless workflow and process integration.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary contact for legal and integration queries, delivering prompt information to facilitate swift project execution.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date communication materials for the business development efforts.
  • Input and maintain accurate client information within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Regularly update sales metrics in the CRM to keep all stakeholders informed and to track performance indicators.
  • Coordinate the submission of contracts and integration requests for the Business Development department.
  • Organize logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client engagements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities that can inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation management.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
