About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Development Department at Raw Igaming. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding and Management: Assist the Business Development team in preparing and processing client contracts, proposals, and other documentation to ensure seamless transitions between department processes.
  2. Activity Tracking and Coordination: Monitor the progress of commercial activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  3. Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and integration inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to facilitate efficient delivery.
  4. Communication Materials: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure updated communication materials are available for the Business Development team.
  5. CRM Management: Enter and update new client information in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
  6. Sales Information Management: Enter regular sales information in the CRM system to keep stakeholders informed and track metrics and pipeline status.
  7. Contract and Integration Submissions: Facilitate the submission of contract and integration request forms for the Business Development department.
  8. Logistics and Event Management: Organize and manage logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client visits.
  9. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM and reporting methodologies.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  9. Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
