As a key member of our Legal function, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering processes, practices, and tools aimed at improving departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing and supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the legal organization
* Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of processes, practices, and tools in support of the Legal function
* Actively identifying where process improvement activities can be deployed for wider business benefits
* Collaborating across the Legal team, as well as with cross-functional teams within the Legal and Trust org, including IT, Information Security, and Sustainability
* Supporting the Chief of Staff, Legal & Trust, with reporting on metrics and case studies
* Supporting outside counsel and supplier management processes
* Executing operational tasks in support of the Legal function, including organization and management of Legal department records
* Putting processes and systems in place to track legal spend, accruals, and budgets in order to identify cost-saving opportunities
* Assisting with the analysis, tracking, and reporting of team KPIs
* Supporting the development of a technology and enablement roadmap that includes solutions such as e-Billing and matter management, contract management, IP management, electronic signature, legal hold, and more

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent
* Previous experience working within a lean Legal Operations function
* Close attention to detail, well-organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* High energy, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude
* Confidence in working and troubleshooting with minimal oversight
* A high level of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and uncompromising ethical standards
* Ability to effectively prioritize, escalate appropriately, and multi-task
* Strong skill set working with office applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe, Docusign, and Google Workspace
* Experience of working with Legal Operations tools - Prior exposure to DocuSign CLM and Brightflag an advantage
* Developed business acumen, with the ability to understand the company\u2019s mission and anticipate changing requirements in a rapidly scaling company
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; business fluency in English required
