Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from one of Europe's top digital banks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with banking-related inquiries, such as account openings, password resets, and transfers.
  • Manage back-office tasks, including email and WhatsApp communication.
  • Promote innovative banking products to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations on transparency, service information, and client protection.
  • Identify and report issues within banking applications.
  • Meet quality standards and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Dutch: C2 level.
  • Preferred: Studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Prior experience in banking is appreciated but not required.

Benefits:

  • 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month).
