Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our German-speaking members in our growing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and answering queries.
  • Communicate effectively in German and English to cater to our diverse member base.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and deliver clear, concise information.
  • Guide customers through enrollment processes and membership account management.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot reported problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Permit to work in Spain (NIE).
