At KellyDeli, we're on a mission to bring the best of Asia to the world. As our Head of Mall Development, you'll play a crucial role in leading the operation of our shopping malls concept. Your expertise will help us scale out our malls across the group, optimize productivity, and minimize labor costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder management to ensure the concept is successful and there is pipeline potential.
  • Supporting developers in negotiating excellent, competitive margins with landlords.
  • Creating an attractive business model that will attract talented franchisees.
  • Conducting production flow analysis and providing recommendations.
  • Implementing procedures related to the customer journey, engaging experiences, marketing campaigns, production workflow, and kiosk design.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and any other European language.
  • Experience in developing successful food concepts (ideally in malls).
  • Previous experience in Business Development/Sales or as a lease manager.
  • Operations Manager experience in FMCG (minimum 3yrs +).
  • Proven track record of delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and commercial concepts that are scaled.
