The Industrialization Senior Specialist role at Amadeus is a critical position that falls within the intersection of Payment Product Management and Implementation. This role requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen to drive process improvements and industrialization across the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Improve existing payment implementation products and processes for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and Hotel customers.
- Implement short and mid-term strategies to enhance overall implementation industrialization by working closely with Product Management, R&D, and Implementation organizations.
- Enhance the Outpayce implementer's and customer's experience regarding existing Product features implementation processes.
- Identify areas of automation/industrialization to optimize implementation, reduce implementation tasks, effort, timelines, and dependencies on other teams.
- Knowledge of implementation processes and constraints.
- Functional and technical understanding of payment products.
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact and collaborate with various Amadeus and non-Amadeus actors.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional, cross-departmental forums for process enhancements and governance.
