Job Title

Senior Improvement Specialist - Payment Implementation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Improvement Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Payment Implementation team, you will be responsible for improving our existing payment implementation products and processes for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and Hotel customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis on the current state of our payment implementation processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect feedback from our payment implementation team to understand their challenges and propose solutions to address existing gaps.
  • Implement short-term solutions to support the implementation team in addressing existing gaps and monitor the impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas of automation/industrialization to optimize implementation and propose solutions for those areas.
  • Assess and monitor the impact of these solutions on the implementation process and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of implementation processes and constraints.
  • Functional and technical understanding of payment products.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact and collaborate with various Amadeus and non-Amadeus actors.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional, cross-departmental forums for process enhancements and governance.
