Job Title: Senior Improvement Specialist

At Amadeus, we're revolutionizing travel payments with our cutting-edge global payments gateway and virtual card-based pay-out solutions. We're seeking a Senior Improvement Specialist to join our team and drive process optimization and industrialization in payment implementation.

About the Role

This role falls within the intersection of Payment Product Management and Implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Improving existing payment implementation products and processes for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and Hotel customers.
  • Implementing short and mid-term strategies to enhance overall implementation industrialization by working closely with Product Management, RD, and Implementation organizations.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of implementation processes and constraints.
  • Functional and technical understanding of payment products.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact and collaborate with various Amadeus and non-Amadeus actors.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional, cross-departmental forums for process enhancements and governance.
