Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Process Improvement Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement in our current department processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to develop and implement mid-sized process efficiencies
  • Use project management tools to track progress and ensure successful project delivery
  • Research and gain a deep understanding of current processes and document new areas of process improvement
  • Analyze and benchmark process metrics against industry standards to ensure best practices are achieved
  • Assist management in tracking and prioritizing projects in the Process Improvement Team pipeline
  • Conduct time/motion studies to forecast savings in specific areas of a department
  • Partner with IT to create technology solutions that achieve direct process efficiencies
  • Train staff on new approved business processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required plus a minimum of three years experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
