Process Improvement Specialist

At Kenvue, we're committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers. As a Process Improvement Technician, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to employees on process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update process documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Associate's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
