As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to managed accounts, developing sealing solutions that consider technical and economic aspects. You will be the point of contact for customers, building a multilevel network and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engineering support for managed accounts to develop sealing solutions
- Point of contact for customers, providing technical expertise and building relationships
- Closing contact and alignment with other Business Units, such as manufacturing sites, R&D, and SCM
- Providing market feedback to identify innovation trends and improve our sealing portfolio
- Performing product and technical trainings, as well as supporting customer visits and fairs
- Sealing evaluation and suggesting improvements to customers' applications
- Article data management and industrialization of design solutions
We're looking for a candidate with a degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Material Technology, or equivalent qualifications. Project Management skills and experience in the rubber, plastic, polymer industry or sealing technology are an advantage. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
