PUMA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Central Services team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance and mailroom functions
- Basic knowledge of building operations, regulations, and construction trades
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
