About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CAE Inc. As a key member of our Airline Technical Services Department, you will play a critical role in upholding the airworthiness, reliability, and safety standards of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Representative during heavy Maintenance events at MRO facilities, ensuring compliance with customer contractual and quality standards.
  • Reviewing scheduled maintenance plans and communicating with stakeholders regarding defects, materials, and extra works management.
  • Defining and executing Physical Inspections and managing discrepancy list items.
Requirements
  • Part 66 licensed engineer or equivalent with experience as an aircraft maintenance technical representative.
  • Previous experience on aircraft type B737 and/or B777 is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of EASA/FAA Regulatory Requirements.
  • English fluency is essential, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand technical contractual language and derive implications.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
