- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team and provide regular reports to supervisors.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of materials and expenses.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in apartments.
- Ability to ensure proper maintenance and handling of tools.
- Skills in conducting monthly inventory of materials and reporting accurately.
- Capability to communicate detailed expenses and deliver records to finance.
- Experience (up to 5 years) in coordinating daily interventions and tasks with the operations team.
- Knowledge and execution of preventive maintenance practices every six months.
- Valid drivers license.
- Great English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken).
