About the Role:The successful candidate will be comfortable giving remote support to our customer staff, as well as our own technical staff. They will also be responsible for feeding database information to keep up-to-date knowledge of onboard equipment.
This position will be based in Madrid, Spain, and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate incidents, failures or events that impact on safety and/or service performance, reporting them to the 1st level coordinator in a timely and clear manner.
- Identify corrective maintenance requirements and urgent fault reporting.
- Implement daily maintenance activities on rolling stocks according to priorities given by the Shift leader and Team leaders.
- Download logs and dump files from onsite equipment and provide first-level analysis.
- Troubleshoot activities to identify any fault or critical failure, providing rectifications to detected failures and producing related documentation.
- Execute health check procedures before vehicles are put into service.
- Ensure effective implementation of identified rolling stock and first-line response maintenance safety standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in railway equipment or a related field.
- Knowledge of railway systems technologies, including pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, electronic, and control systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and railway safety rules and regulations.
- Carnet de conducir (valid driver's license).
We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
