Customer Service Expert for Fashion and Lifestyle in Lisbon

Your role as a Customer Service Agent in our Lisbon office will involve being a mentor to consumers, providing top-notch answers and solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email or social media. You will be responsible for delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting, collaborating with other departments, and redirecting cases to related teams.

Salary and BenefitsOur salary conditions include a fixed-term contract renewable every year, full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts, and an intensive training program. You can expect a monthly gross salary between €950-€1300, depending on your accommodation preferences.
Additionally, you'll enjoy:
- Free shared accommodation (all bills included) or a competitive monthly stipend
- Compensation during the training period (10 days): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
- Relocation package for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), and help with paperwork and opening a bank account
As a valued member of our team, you'll also receive private health insurance after 6 months, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by us. Enjoy 22 paid holidays and observe Portuguese public holidays.
