We're seeking a senior engineering manager to lead a team of React Native Developers, responsible for delivering high-quality, native applications for Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate has experience hiring and managing top front-end developers using React Native, with a strong track record of delivering apps on both iOS and Android, including managing app store policies. They will collaborate with designers and backend developers to create compelling user experiences, leveraging technical expertise to guide the team through bugs and issues. Additionally, they should be able to set standards and evaluate clean, well-documented code, while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of React Native Developers in designing and implementing high-quality, native applications for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create engaging user experiences.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure the delivery of professional, user-friendly apps that meet business requirements.
Requirements:
