As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at RavenPack, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent to fill our critical leadership and specialized roles.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and recruiting high-quality talent for open positions within our organization
  • Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Thoroughly assessing candidates' technical skills, leadership abilities, and cultural fit
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Spanish is not required but having EU legal working status is essential.

**Benefits**
