- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
- Provide day-to-day support during system implementation and gather feedback.
- Ensure supervisors have necessary tools and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
- Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with Operations and CO teams for regular communications.
- Bachelor's degree.
