About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our EMEA Regional Sales team at LNW Gaming International, S.L. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, partners, and merchants
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective conversion of leads into sales
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the gaming industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional regional languages an asset
