About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our EMEA Regional Sales team at LNW Gaming International, S.L. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, partners, and merchants
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective conversion of leads into sales
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the gaming industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional regional languages an asset
