Job Title: Application Implementation Specialist For Spain

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Implementation Specialist to join our team in Spain. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical configuration of our payroll software to ensure seamless implementation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review requirements gathering documents to assess complexity and time dedication
  • Set up the payroll engine following the requirements gathering document
  • Perform initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine
  • Make corrections, updates or new configurations that may appear during the U.A.T phase
  • Direct involvement in identifying new improvements, documenting them and requesting standard configurations or new developments to the R&D department
  • Proactively analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution after root cause analysis, and suggest long-term improvements
  • Write technical documentation
Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in programming (Java,.NET, C+, COBOL), experienced in implementing Payroll Software (e.g., Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications/programs
  • Experience with project management and teamwork (Agile methodology)
  • Experience with Testing and Production environments
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Functional knowledge of payroll
Abilities/Knowledge:
  • Analytical and resolution-oriented
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Strong capacity for teamwork
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Capacity to write technical documentation
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, social security, taxes (plus)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Studies:
  • Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree
  • Project Management Certification (desired)
Languages:
  • Spanish (native)
  • English (intermediate/functional)
