Application Implementation Specialist for Spain

As an Application Implementation Specialist for Spain at ADP, you will play a critical role in the technical configuration of our payroll management and HR outsourcing services. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive seamless and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis and Configuration: Review requirements gathering documents to assess complexity and time dedication, and configure the payroll engine accordingly.
- Technical Solution Provision: Provide a technical solution and feasibility to clients' requirements at a technical level.
- Incident Resolution: Resolve technical incidents that may arise throughout the Implementation project until the actual entry into Service.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine and make corrections, updates, or new configurations as needed.
- Improvement Identification and Documentation: Identify new improvements, document them, and request standard configurations or new developments to the R&D department.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution, and suggest long-term improvements.
- Technical Documentation: Write technical documentation to support the implementation process.
- Programming Experience: 2-3 years of experience in programming (Java,.NET, C+, COBOL, etc.) and implementing Payroll Software (e.g. Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.).
- Payroll and HR Knowledge: Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications/programs.
- Project Management and Teamwork: Experience with project managing and teamwork (Agile methodology).
- Testing and Production Environments: Experience with Testing and Production environments.
- Agile Methodology: Agile methodology experience.
- Functional Knowledge of Payroll: Functional knowledge of payroll.
- Analytical and Resolution-Oriented: Analytical and resolution-oriented.
- Task Organization and Prioritization: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong capacity to teamwork.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree: Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree.
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Certification (desired).
- Spanish (Native): Spanish (native).
- English (Intermediate/Functional): English (intermediate / functional).
