ADP is seeking an experienced Implementation Application Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for the technical configuration of our payroll and HR services for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review requirements gathering documents to assess complexity and time dedication.
  • Configure the payroll engine according to client requirements.
  • Perform initial testing to ensure correct configuration.
  • Identify new improvements and document them for standard configurations or new developments.
  • Analyze issues, provide immediate resolution, and suggest long-term improvements.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in programming (Java,.NET, C+, Cobol, etc.) and implementing payroll software (Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.).
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications/programs.
  • Experience with project managing and teamwork (Agile methodology).
  • Experience with testing and production environments.
  • Agile methodology experience.
Abilities and Knowledge
  • Analytical and resolution-oriented.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong capacity for teamwork.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to write technical documentation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, social security, and taxes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Certifications
  • Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree.
  • Project Management Certification (desired).
Language Skills
  • Spanish (native).
  • English (intermediate/functional).
