Job Title: Implementation Consultant for Spain

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team in Spain. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out all phases of the project to achieve the service deployment required by the client, ensuring its accuracy, precision, and legality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and document non-contracted and out-of-scope service elements
  2. Prepare analysis and documentation for client review and approval
  3. Manage the acceptance and approval of analysis from the client
  4. Obtain and manage client historical data for initial systems load
  5. Customize ADP applications to perform requested services
  6. Request services and/or resources from internal and external providers
  7. Escalate critical issues impacting the project plan
  8. Validate client services delivered, whether internal or external
  9. Perform internal testing based on project requirements
  10. Conduct joint testing with the client (parallel run)

Requirements:

  1. 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
  2. Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, and Taxes in Spain
  3. Knowledge of payroll and HR applications/programs
  4. Advanced knowledge of EXCEL
  5. Daily management of processes, registrations, cancellations, and changes requests
  6. Experience in payroll implementation, having carried out the implementation of the payroll platform in all its areas and details
  7. Knowledge and experience in Product and/or Project Management
  8. Knowledge of payroll from a functional point of view
