**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Conduct needs analysis and present Lengow's solutions to clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

**Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the e-commerce industry

• Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and its trends

• Proven track record of success in sales and business development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in German and English
