Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team as an Orthodontics Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the orthodontics market across Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.
- Deliver sales presentations highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products and solutions to win new customers and grow share at existing customers.
- Develop and communicate clear and effective written proposals and quotations to existing and prospective customers.
- Train clinic staff to actively engage in promoting our products and solutions to patients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams to provide best-in-class service to providers and resolve customer complaints.
- Support patient growth activities such as open houses and patient seminars.
- Act as a partner to providers, analyzing territory potential, identifying opportunities, and crafting personal sales strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Meet sales targets and other metrics set by management.
- Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience.
- Dental/medical background is a plus.
- Strong track record in sales/account management.
- Solid presentation skills and language proficiency required for the assigned territory.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.
