Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Orthodontics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, generating new cases and sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and develop business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.
- Make phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers to promote our products and services.
- Deliver sales presentations highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products and services.
- Develop and communicate clear and effective written proposals and quotations to existing and prospective customers.
- Train clinic staff to actively engage in promoting our products and services to patients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor, and Marketing teams to provide best-in-class service to providers and answer their requests and resolve complaints.
- Analyze the assigned territory potential, identify opportunities, and craft a personal sales strategy to allocate time and resources effectively.
- Report account activities through the sales funnel (IANOS) in CRM as required and use sales dashboards to keep account visibility high.
- Meet sales targets and other metrics set by the manager on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience required.
- Strong track record in sales/account management.
- Solid presentation skills and language proficiency required for the assigned territory.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.
