Job Purpose

The Complaint Handling Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the prompt and accurate distribution of customer complaints to the appropriate manufacturers. This position acts as the central point of receiving and distribution of complaints from around the world to our headquarters.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Verify the completeness and accuracy of received complaints.
  2. Receive complaints from around the world, sort, and ship products/documents to the correct manufacturer.
  3. Process complaints within the given deadline.
  4. Enter data into our CRM system to track complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Maintain high levels of attention to detail and organization throughout the complaint-handling process.
  6. Archive complaints appropriately for future reference and auditing.
  7. Escalate any issues or concerns to ensure swift resolution and continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • A compliance mindset with a commitment to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and CRM is a plus.
