Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via various communication channels, providing timely and effective support to resolve their technical issues.
- Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems, and develop plans to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Knowledge Base Development: Assist in identifying resolution gaps and contribute to the development of knowledge base submissions to enhance our support resources.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Development: Participate in departmental training activities, including training programs on new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values and support the escalation of unresolved issues.
- Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic PC skills and proficiency in using various software applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Availability: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Experience: No specific experience is required, as initial training will be provided.
