We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Field Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will provide technical support to our department in various tasks related to verification and validation (V&V) activities. You will work closely with teams across the business, including commissioning teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects on railway signalling systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring defects identification and correction through trouble shooting;
  • Maintaining test tools in perfect working order and ensuring calibration;
  • Replacing defective equipment and repairing it in accordance with established procedures;
  • Supporting networking and IT initiatives within the team;
  • Focusing on efficiency and proactivity during T&C tests;
  • Complying with EHS standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Providing high-quality monitoring and reporting;
  • Demonstrating flexibility and mobility, being available for short or long missions in different locations and countries;
  • Rigorousness and teamwork;
  • Able to communicate effectively with the T&C team;

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have strong technical skills and experience in testing procedures and documentation, as well as networking and IT knowledge.
