Job Title: IT Workplace Solutions Delivery Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Workplace Solutions Delivery Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the efficient operations of our Unified Communications service based on Microsoft Teams technology across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery
- Ensure the smooth operation of our Unified Communications service, including telephony, video conferencing, and contact center technologies.
- Provide user support management and governance, including incident management and resolution.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead internal and/or external IT specialists to maintain business relationships and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage local and global suppliers to secure user satisfaction and business value.
- Strategy and Innovation
- Promote a high degree of standardization on global solutions to keep running costs in balance with business needs.
- Lead the design, architecture, and roll out of unified communication systems, ensuring alignment with organizational and security requirements.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management, or similar.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in service leadership, managing Microsoft Teams telephony and IT projects in an international company.
- Skills and Certifications
- Nice to have certifications in project management (Prince2, PMP, or SCRUM), IT service management (ITIL), and Microsoft related.
- Ability to react in front of IT outages and escalations, and ability to operate in complex technical environments.
