Job Title: SEM Specialist
Company Overview: Starcom, a leading media agency, is part of Publicis Groupe, a global communications group. We help clients grow their businesses through creative agencies, media, and areas of transversal knowledge.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team. As a SEM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on the account of a major retail company, driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Conduct keyword research and estimate investment for campaigns. Plan and execute campaigns based on defined objectives, including impressions, traffic, sales, and costs.
- Activation: Set up and configure Google Ads accounts, including budget allocation, ad scheduling, and tracking. Create and synchronize accounts with bid measurement and optimization tools.
- Monitoring: Track budget consumption and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, position, CPC, and cost. Ensure accurate tracking of conversions and prepare reports for clients.
- Optimization: Analyze data and provide recommendations for campaign improvement. Activate changes to achieve set objectives and improve KPIs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with Google Ads and bid measurement and optimization tools is essential.
