About the Role
SITA, a leading international telecommunications company, is seeking a highly motivated SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in successfully implementing our new brand and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a SEM and SEO strategy that directly impacts the growth of our business.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, specialists, global marketing colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Establish a foundation that enables us to achieve our growth objectives.
- Scale search engine marketing and work with paid acquisition operations within a high-growth tech environment.
- Develop and manage paid campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
Requirements
- Experience as a SEM and/or SEO Specialist, as well as handling other paid channels.
- Hands-on experience with planning and implementing a successful SEM and SEO strategy.
- Experience in web analytics, particularly with Matomo.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and A/B testing.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent time-management and interpersonal skills.
