About the Role
As a SEM Specialist at Preply, you'll play a pivotal role in refining and overseeing our search engine marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and evaluating paid search campaigns across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on boosting website traffic, optimizing return on investment, and managing extensive advertising campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long-term campaign strategies to increase traffic and conversions
- Analyze and enhance campaign performance with a focus on ROI and customer lifetime value
- Conduct tests, gather insights, and adapt strategies based on test outcomes
- Stay innovative in SEM marketing approaches and test new tools and audience targeting options
- Create campaigns with targeted messaging that resonates with our audience
- Utilize data to optimize paid marketing efforts and collaborate with different teams for effective campaign execution
Requirements for Success
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, SEM platforms, and attribution models
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics and performance metrics
- Understanding of target audience behavior to develop impactful campaigns
- Proven ability to experiment, learn, and optimize marketing strategies
- Creative thinking skills to drive innovative SEM approaches
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and managing budgets
- Strong communication skills and 3+ years of experience in SEM
- Fluency in English
