Job Description
You will have the opportunity to work for the account of one of the country's most important retail companies, driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
We are seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to join our team at Starcom, where you will be responsible for planning, activation, monitoring, and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns to achieve set objectives, including keyword research, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
- Activate and manage Google Ads accounts, including content creation, bid management, and tracking setup.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and present optimization proposals to clients, based on campaign performance data and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related field, or +2 years of experience in SEM with a strong understanding of search engine marketing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategist skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective campaign strategies.
- Good level of English (C1 or more), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Experience working with international clients and managing multidisciplinary teams.
