SEM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Specialist to join our team at Starcom Melbourne. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute SEM campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, bids, and ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure campaign alignment and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEM, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
