Business Development Controller

About the RoleThe Business Controller will be part of an international, innovative, and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. The position will be based in a dynamic location, involving regular travel to various factories within the Group.
Main Responsibilities- New Business Controlling: Provide strategic support to decision-making in areas such as Sales and Operations, including Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Energy, in coordination with colleagues in the department.
- Industrial Controlling: Monitor production costs and analyze deviations to optimize performance.
- Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of profitability for the main business lines of the New Business division.
- Consolidated Profitability and Margin Analysis: Provide consolidated analyses of profitability and margins for customers and products.
- Subsidiary Support: Assist various Group subsidiaries with incident resolution, define global criteria, perform specific analyses, coordinate with local CFOs, and provide training, support, and oversight for plant controllers.
- Planning Management: Oversee annual budget processes, budget monitoring, forecasting, and integrate operational budgets across various functions.
- Global Transfer Price Monitoring: Manage global monitoring of transfer prices.
- Functional Reporting Analysis: Conduct functional reporting and analytical studies, including a PowerBI dashboard of key management KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in finance is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consulting, auditing, or industrial controlling, preferably in international environments.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel, good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Strong financial knowledge, including corporate operations, taxation, balance sheet analysis, strategic and business planning, and annual audit processes. Customer-focused approach, self-starter, fast learner, and adaptable.
