Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Controller to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our Operations and Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in achieving our departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support the achievement of Logistics Operations department goals.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sourcing team to drive business performance and optimize logistics operations.
- Support the annual budget planning process and analyze forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain cost center controlling for Logistics Operations.
- Assist with deputy tasks within the Finance Controlling department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a logistics or operations environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP modules CO/MM/BI.
- Desirable skills: Power BI, SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
