Logistics Operations Controller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Logistics Operations to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting the achievement of Logistics Operations department goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sourcing team to achieve Logistics Operations department goals.
- Support the annual budget planning and analysis of the forecast, including the calculation and tracking of Risk and Opportunities.
- Conduct cost center controlling for Logistics and provide financial guidance to the Operations function.
- Participate in the development of solutions and prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
- Ensure high reliability in deliverables (time/quality) and maintain a structured way of working.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Management, or comparable qualification.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling.
- Experience/good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint, SAP modules CO/MM/BI, SQL, and Power BI skills desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension, and a structured way of working.
- High reliability in deliverables (time/quality).
- Pragmatism in the development of solutions, assertiveness, and the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
- Careful operation even under time pressure.
- Application-safe spoken and written English skills.
