Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our Service Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business decisions by providing financial insights and transparency.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong financial environment for our Service business, including accurate monthly financial closings, relevant forecasts, and a robust budget process.
- Provide high-level business support to our Service management team, focusing on improving financial performance and achieving financial targets.
- Lead the monthly closing process and analysis of the Profit and Loss (PL) statement to ensure a thorough understanding and control of our financials.
- Prepare and execute monthly closing reviews, identifying deviations and analyzing key drivers to present insights to management.
- Establish and drive the budget process in alignment with corporate and divisional guidelines and timelines.
- Consolidate value drivers from countries for overall Service reporting.
- Develop key figures and recommendations for action, as well as provide advice to management.
- Drive collaboration and alignment within Service operations and finance, ensuring that activities with financial impacts are reviewed by finance prior to decision-making.
- Monitor, implement, and improve controlling systems, with a focus on risk control from a critical perspective.
- Collaborate with other departments and international colleagues to find solutions to critical problems affecting proper reporting processes and information.
- Master's degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
- Complementary training in SAP FI/CO, JD Edwards, and knowledge of CS/BI/MM/SD is a plus.
- Fluent English (C1) and high experience in inventory management and working capital controlling.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a financial controller or finance responsible in a multinational company, including experience in monthly and annual financial statements closing, controlling management, and reporting.
