Warehouse and Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team at Sungrow Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Oversee the management of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and quality management, to ensure that our logistics operations are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Several years of experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably in a technical industry or with technical products or components.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Experience in Spanish health and safety regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
