Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Tower Quality Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our Sourcing Controlling department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting the Tower Sourcing department in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial guidance and support to the Tower Sourcing department
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to achieve departmental goals
- Support annual budget planning and forecast analysis
- Track and calculate risk and opportunities
- Conduct cost center controlling for Tower Quality
- Perform deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Management, or comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling
- Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP modules CO/MM/BI
- SQL and Power BI skills desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a structured manner
- High reliability in deliverables (time/quality)
- Pragmatism in developing solutions and ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making
- Careful operation even under time pressure
- Application-safe spoken and written English skills
