About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracting Manager to join our team at MTS GLOBE 4 SERVICES in Palma. As a Senior Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving contracting targets and identifying new business opportunities in line with our company's guidelines, standards, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with accommodation supplier vendors to ensure seamless contracting, operational, commercial, and financial activities.
  2. Negotiate and finalize contracts with new suppliers and contract renewals, including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy, credit terms, and pricing models.
  3. Develop and maintain a diverse supplier portfolio to meet our customer base's needs, ensuring a wide range of products and services.
  4. Identify and negotiate preferential conditions with key partners, working closely with our management team to promote commercial opportunities.
  5. Monitor contractual obligations to ensure compliance with customer service standards, data protection, signings, and other relevant requirements.
  6. Meet and exceed contract targets, maintaining and growing production in designated areas.
  7. Handle all contracting-related tasks, including negotiations, contract setup, client assignment, and follow-ups with hoteliers.
  8. Analyze sales performance, comparing it to previous years, competitors, and margins, considering flight availability, new operations, and changes affecting contracted products.
