About the Role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
