About This RoleWe seek an experienced Senior Commercial Director, EMEA Region, to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for Apeel's products throughout EMEA and other global markets. This individual will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to refine and commercialize product pipelines, and building strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop targeted go-to-market plans
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive commercial growth across all Apeel category supply chain solutions
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and expand business partnerships
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably in the produce industry or a related field
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- A deep understanding of the European market and its trends, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- The ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with global teams
