About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team at Blue Light Card. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our financial services category, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating closely with the product team to optimise and expand our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with financial services partners and vendors to ensure mutual success
  • Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives aimed at driving product adoption and member engagement
  • Onboard new partners, negotiate contracts, and follow up on warm leads
  • Support the product team in optimising existing financial services offerings, focusing on enhancing member value and driving adoption
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that promote our financial services products
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the function, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Gather and analyse member feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance the overall member experience
  • Act as a point of escalation for member inquiries related to financial services products
