About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Strategy Manager to join our team at Metyis. As a key member of our Financial Services sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders at our clients to drive impactful change.
- Lead and develop your teams to create new business solutions via data-driven insights.
- Identify and seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment.
- Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team.
What You Will Do
- As a Manager in the Financial Services Sector, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and playing a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
- You will apply knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights and supervise work, including strategy development, change management plans, and the creation and development of business cases.
- You will provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.
- Responsibilities may include the development of presentations, managing of external relationships, and consultant work progress, providing status reports.
- You will conduct analyses to define client needs and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data.
- You will oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated expertise aligned in the Financial Services Industry.
- Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry experience in strategy, business consulting, and a plus to have experience in Digitalization projects.
- At least 1+ years at a project lead level.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the given advice.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, proven by a high level of academic achievements.
- Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
