About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Manager to join our team at Mygwork. As a Cloud Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the financial services industry by driving cloud adoption and digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies for large financial services organizations
  • Lead digital transformations and migrations to the cloud, ensuring seamless business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud enablement and adoption readiness
  • Establish and manage outcome-driven adoption plans to realize customer vision and strategy
  • Measure and report on customer maturity and adoption progress
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience delivering transformations for large enterprises with global operations and multiple stakeholders
  • Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, operations, and data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Scrum or SAFe and/or PMP/PgMP
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification(s) with experience delivering AWS and/or other cloud services to realize business strategy
  • Experience working with global financial services customers (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance)
  • Consultancy experience as a technology delivery lead and trusted advisor to external customer(s), with executive-level presence and communication skills
  • Versed in Software DevOps and Cloud Operating Models
  • Experience working within a public cloud sales organization
  • MBA degree or equivalent
